    New Guitar Paintjob ( 56K = NO)

Need to add the clear coat, and it'll be done.
i'm aware it needs some touchups and no, I didn't paint it with the hardware on.
I just slapped it all together for a few pictures.

    Ignore the carpet..not my house.

You didn't like the soloist?! /blasphemy

I did the job, and no, not a regular dinky.
Jackson DKMG with Turbocharger, Grover 18:1 tuners, Some new Humbuckers sitting in their boxes, and a few other internal goodies are going to be installed shortly.

As for genre, I play alot of metal, (black, death, thrash, grindcore, etc etc) but I also have this love for Jazz, Classical, etc etc. Pretty much all major genres with the exception of Country.

Thanks for the comments, and I Hope you enjoy your new Epi!

        Not too shabby.

yeah, i got it orded today, im redoing my whole rig, only thing im keeping is my distortion pedals, and my pickups (im always using EMG 81s &85s) but yeah, my schecter is going into back up for my new one (as mentioned) i normally wouldnt do this, but the epi has 3 pickups (which also means, i gotta buy a new pickup)

Also the reason i didnt like the soloist was the action wasnt set right, and pickups werent working right, on TWO of them...and i had heard of a few out of the box problems...went with a fat strat instead...

Oh man, your Shecter is the backup now? My buddy has one of their seven strings, I really like them over the ibanez version.

Sorry to hear about your Soloist woes, the ones I've used have been HOT SAUCE.

Well, I dont play country mostly because I dont know HOW to.
I mean, i'd like to learn, but I havent gotten around to it. It seems so alien to me.

                No campfire songs right now.
                Check back later!

It was a C-1 artist edition....

As stated before, i only play neck-tru, or setneck....Im also in the process of building my own guitar (this one will have a glued on neck though)

I dont play seven strings anyway now, i had a cheap ibanez one (it was my second guitar) hated it, and infact sold it after it was discontinued for more than it was worth to me...saved up for about a month and bought the schecter

if the black strip went over the top, i'd say "nice"

                          But as of now "meh"

                            Not bad.

Since this is music related, I finally got my new amp rig:

                            Ampeg 1000 watt SVT
                            Ampeg 8x10 SVT

This guy's guitar skills will saw your head off, watch out.

I agree fully, I think the black stipe should have continued. Good call.
