Also look for any new age shop ... they tend to be stocked to the gills in stick incense, powdered incense, oils that you place in a ring that goes on top of a light bulb ... etc ....

If you are looking for stick incense then make sure you find some hand rolled types ... the hand rolled kind burn allot long and with a more intense scent.

Just thought of this....how about flea markets..i see alot of little places in them with incesne.
Some record stores carry them...you guys have a cats up there i think..if so i know they sell incesne try them.

Dude, find some Tulasi Sandalwood...comes in a long box, that is a hexagonal prism....burns fast, but the smell lingered for a day here....

i burnt insence until one day when i fell asleap with it burning.

my room is an add on to the house and it does not have any ventalation. i woke up at 3 am on a school night -my room was so smoky it was hard to see, my eyes were super dry and i couldnt breath.

i didnt sleep cause i was choking so hard. i slept in class that day though.

yeah, it didnt even smell anywhere near being good, just kinda, burn'd faster, lol, although i have 5 sticks left of some crapy nag champa, i cant stand to burn it, it just smells like burning wood

why not..what do you have to lose..unless there like exploding incesne or they have like anthrax or soemthing but i dont think most of them do...just watch for the warnign on them.
