It's got a muzzle brake and some springs in it to absorb most of the recoil (if I remember correctly). I've shot one of those before. The kick wasn't much at all - certainly not what I was expecting. Maybe KayleAGD will poke his head in...after all, it's his Barrett .50 that I shot.
