my friends mom was like that and her and his dad got devorced and then his dad kicked him and his brother and sister out so they had to find there own places to live. his brother went to live with his crazy mom and he didnt but his sister disapeared. his mom tryed to get him to live with her but he moved in with out friend and she called his house for a month looking for him and my friend told her that she wasent there and she would freek out then she found out were he lived and went there everyday looking for him. still lives with the kid

i was honestly with ya till you got to the devorced part, but its early in the morning, so don't worry about it. lol

Any judge or court that sees that will not have the kid live in that "unsafe enviroment" of a house.

Heres a reality check, SRS is a lot less effective than you think

A judge can make any ruling he/she would like but it comes down to social services actually relocating kids. Social services is either a highly under funded or under staffed organization. My mom works with abused kids and social services on a daily baises, and they can't seem to help half the people that need it.

There are more "families" out there like this than anyone would like to admit. Kids with bad parents have a hard time becoming good parents, so heres to those who do!

Nope. That's the way the world works ... until you turn 18 everything you have legally belongs to your parents. That's the long and the short of it. What part of that doesn't anyone understand??? The only thing you can do about it as a child is to get emancipated from your parents and even then, anything you made up until that point still belongs to your parents.

I still think the little boy was deliberately goating his Mom for the sake of the camera. If the Mom towed the car away and sold it she would have been within her legal rights. The only reason she reacted that way was because she *didn't know* that she was really the legal owner of the car. Maybe if she knew that she would have been a little more mello about it LOL.

If it were my kid he would have gotten two chances to do whatever I asked. After that I would have beat his . He would have had too many broken teeth to sass me after that.

Yeah, as much as that lady IS absolutely insane, the kid knew the camera was on, and he was undoubtled purposely trying to get dirt on his mother. Im sure had the camera not been there he wouldn't have been so softspoken and reasonable.

You're not married are you? lol When a woman has snapped like that all you can do is let her go on with her bad self. Trying to reason with her will only make things worse. She'll think you're being patronizing or belittling.

that is EXACTLY how my mom acts to me
lucky its confined to once every twenty eight days (hehe)
then of course she is sorry and whatnot and overall shes a good parent
when shes yelling my dad ususally comes in and tells her to shut up and me to "listen even though she is yelling"

ive seen a lot of friends go through simmilar things with their parents and them and their parents are normal people not on drugs or whatever, seems to me its a part of being sixteen
