    Stonehenge Mystery Solved! (vid link)

Wally Wallington (awesome name) is a retired construction worker from Flynt Michigan.

Below is a link to a video of a Wally standing a 19 ton monolith upright by himself using nothing but wood, some rocks, sand, and a hose.

Wally thinks this is how they raised Stonehenge.

Raise it up beside the two blocks using the rocking method then slide it over on top of the blocks maybe?

How'd you slide it across though? use the rotation method? That would be incredibly hard since there is surface at 11' above the ground for it to balance on and rotate.

just do two at once, with the top part tied on the whole time. assuming they had the resources to keep the huge top part tied on

trans mans theory is more likely tho lol

edit: do u think that pebble moving would have worke din the soft grassland stonehenge is on top of tho? i dont think it would, such weight would just crush the stones into the soft ground, unless they constructed a pathway. i dunno.

Thats what i was thinking about the rock method b/c he was doin g it on solid concret but i guess you could get a bigger rock and liek make a row of them and rotate form one rock to another...then again egyptions pulled huge amounts of heavy stones so these people im sure could have as well...by the way do they know who made stonehenge?I dont think they do but wanna verify.

im wonderin how he go the rocks under the giant slabs, also how he initially got started wiht the teter totering method casue at one point he had to get the first board under it when it was on flat ground.

wedge, hammer. the challenge isnt the lifting it for a few seconds, its carrying all those miles they did.

some sort of mysterious mixture of rocks, folklore, and sheep.
