Avedesk

I had Avedesk, but today I reformated, and forgot to save my Avedesk settings...

For some reason I completly forgot how to use the program, how do you create new desklets for your folders and other stuff like this?

and if someone has a cool avedesk setup with alot of cool desklets send them to me on aim
