    need help with video card

    i hooked it up to my big screen cuz i finally got around to it......
    when i try to play videos.... nothing shows up... everything works but there's no videos... i can see .gifs... but no videos....

    .avi
    .everything video format.. it shows as just black

      right click on desktop, nvidia display, then to your monitor. when the next screen pops up, make sure that nview display settings is selected on the left. on screen on the right, it gives you a primary secondary display option, change it so your tv is the primary display, and the monitor the secondary. then apply. the problem with this is that your monitor now will do what your tv used to do, but the tv will play the movies now. its the only fix i know of, ive searched for another way, and came up with nothing. i think its a driver issue. this will work for now, but if you ever want to watch videos on your comp again, youll have to change it back.
