Really need to do something about my weight

I dunno how I did it, but I went from 155 to 142lbs without realizing it... which isn't really a good thing for me... I don't need or want to lose weight, and didn't think I could even drop to that. I guess it's because I've been drinking mostly water, laying off junk foods, running/cycling, and weight training... vs hamburgers/fries, Snickers, sodas, and sitting on my arse like not too long ago.

Hurm... I guess I need to eat more... although I already eat a good amount... shoot for 150g of protein/day... and more than that doesn't get absorbed. Odd problem eh?

talking about weight i need to start getting back into shape..

when i was 9-11 i was 90 but with muscle i used to play football

then i went to 120 or soo and stayed there with muscle from football then i stopped playing and i moved then after that i just became more lazy and lazy and fat.

    now im 215

but to gain weight just eat whatever. or like i said gain muscle.

Well, I'm not going to eat just whatever. Low fat, good quality protein (eggs/chicken)... and a lot of carbs. Need to eat more often...

I've been weight training, taking in protein... and gaining lean mass. I'm lifting more than when I was 13lbs heavier. Still had a weight drop though. I've had it happen before, where I dropped weight and then it crept up higher than before as I continued weight training... but didn't drop this low - haven't been this weight since high school. What'll be good is... every pound I gain I'll know is lean... if I keep it up... I think I will this time.

            That is a different problem...
I am still pretty young, so I don't really have a clue as to the issues involved in watching your weight but, if your stronger, eat healthier, and don't notice any real problems than maybe 140 is a good weight, maybe at 150 you were, 10 pounds overweight?

I have eaten better (but still not great) over the last three years than I have my entire life...and you know what...I have gained more weight. I really do need to get out and exercise more, but man, it's so hard when you are this out of shape.

I'd rather just eat a hamburger and drink a beer than lift weights

                        hey bro

You just need to put on some mass you need to do an all out bulk. And cut out on the cardio a bit. You need to get on a diet of about 5,000 cals and about 200-250 grams of protein. Around last year at this time I was 6'5" @ 195 now Im at 225 with 10% bf. Just eat workout and sleep. good luck

whats wrong with being 10 pounds less if youre healthy? as long as you get your protein and feel good you shouldnt worry about the number as much...
