I think what's really eating you is how obvious it is that the so called "law" isn't fairly applied. There is a lot of truth to the old saw "it's not who you know, it's who you ... ". My next door neighbors wife is having an affair with a cop. He comes over while on duty every afternoon, that's how her two punk boys get away with all the crap they pull.

Anyways, I'd fight the ticket myself, in fact I always fight tickets. Always. For one thing even a single ticket can make your insurance jump and for another thing if they're going to waste my time and money I'm going to waste as much of their time and money as possible. Besides, it's funny, a lot of times you get away with the stuff you really did, but have to pay for the bogus stuff. It all comes out in the wash.

My 67 year old mother got a speeding ticket the other day in Pawtucket RI. The first time in her entire life she's ever been pulled over. I "mentioned" this to a friend who has contacts there, and he told me they were pulling over a lot of old white people, because the cops in that town (who are as bad as cops get BTW) had harassed too many young black men and were trying to avoid a racial profiling lawsuit. So it's official, my Mom is legally the exact opposite of a black teenage guy (c:

Out of the 6+ that did it, and 4 he pulled over, I was the only one to get a ticket. I'm so pissed off right now (Although I probobly shouldn't be. I broke the law, It's my own damn fault I got a ticket).

You broke the law, you pay the ticket. What is so hard to understand? Be pissed off at yourself, oh and go on the internet and complain to your e-friends how e-pissed you are. That will surely make you feel better.
