I found a hatchling box turtle in my back yard this weekend. I figure it's only a couple of weeks old. A little smaller than a silver dollar. Hopefully I can get it to eat and get strong--then it should be good to go for the next 40 - 50 years...

        snapper turtle

my friend Dan had one for about a year

he found it with a cracked shell ..

        some epoxy on the shell

and fed it frozen mice ..

let it go about 3 months ago at a pond by us

him and his lil guy went looking for the turtle and found it

neon orange epoxy was a dead give away .. the turtle was laying on a log catching some sun rays

almost got it, but my mom didn't want anything that active at night because it would make alot of noise.

the sun conure ended up driving my mom mad because it hurt her head because it made so much noise. such a friendly bird though. never bit you and you could walk around with it and hold it on its back and everything.

a honeyglider is like a nocturnal flying squirrel, but way cooler.

Never heard of a Honeyglider, but I have always wanted a Sugarglider.
