I was very "Ehh.." on Nanos. Then I saw my neighboor's.

If nothing else, its really well engineered and designed.

    Really.
God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.

It was under the 1yr warranty so they replaced it at no charge.

They sent me a box Tuesday, I got it Thursday and mailed it through their Pre-Paid DHL, they got it Friday, Checked it out Monday, sent my new one out Tuesday and got it back Wednesday. Gotta love it.

Well... no luck restoring the old one. I got it apart and at one point thought I got it to restore. But still on boot up it finaly clocks out to a picture of a file folder with a Exclamation mark next to it. Probably a bad hard drive I am suspecting. Probably not worth fixing I am guessing?

              My 30G Photo

My 30G Photo has held up pretty well. It's fallen out of hummers, careened off of a track vehicle, and fell out of my ruck sacks on numerous occasions. I don't have an explanation for hard drives suddenly going bad unless you're trying to mod something you shouldn't or you're moving 40GB of music to and from the device several times a day.
