cross field runs

Does anyone else do them? Be running tape up one side... flush the middle guy behind cover and then run across the field to bunker the guy on the opposite side of the field. I used to do these fairly regularly back in the good old days of 9 BPS being the fastest that most guys could shoot. I have done a couple of them lately, both rec-ball and pseudo tournament guys playing on an supair field.

Higher rates of fire make these types of runs hard and I wonder if I am the only retard that does this or am I the greatest player of all time?

yup, it was 2 on 1 , on me so fun... anyways there was one good player and a newbie, the new player was slaming on his imp and runnign around oen side trying to flank, i was pushed into a corner and had to do something, i saw the newbie sitting there decided to flat out run past his bunker, as soon as he looked up Iwas on top of him - he was gone - then all of the sudden bang baang bang. ended up getting shot in the side of the neck (OUCH!) and twice in the hands (OUCH!) by the good player as he flanked.. ... got him back next game

I like to run around like a chicken with my head cut off, but there is usually a reason like trying to fill slots where someone was eliminated.
