The father will attack the girls if the mother is no in the area
The convict will attack everyone if the prison guard is not in the area
One of the 3 "adults" needs to be on the raft for it to move

I don't think it was that hard once I found the right pattern. It only took me maybe 5 minutes top.

Fist...start out with the prison guard, and prisoner. Don't be surprised if you have to bring people back and forth several times.
