There is a guy who was imposing as the Steelers QB and was meeting up with girls at bars and signing footballs and other memorabilia. He finally got caught when one of his dates realized that they were watching the real qb play on tv. He was sentanced to 30 days in jail and 300$ for disorderly conduct.

That wouldn't have been how he got caught as it happened over the summer and he was caught over the summer. But non the less, he got caught and finally sentanced. He was fined $300 and has 30 days to pay it. If not then he'll go to jail. It's not like the guy took money or tried to steal Ben's identity...he just wanted to get laid.
He also impersonated Brian St. Pierre who was the 3rd string QB last year (no longer on the Steelrs Roster).

He might have been "imposing" as a Steeler QB....
....but it appears he was lousy at "posing".
