got it....THE STONE MOVES....2 feet per revolution of the log...u see a log's circumference is 2 feet so one full revolution is also 2 feet. Because of this the stone is also pushed 2 feet...w00t, am i right synreal?Comment

syn, this is irking me, i have a question, is the stone starting on the ground then being dragged up ONTO a log then rolled? Or is the ground all logs and they are rolling a stone across it...i need some clarification, it is worded not too wellComment

the stone is already on the logs, it could be at a stop, or it could be moving already.
picture a big row of logs on the ground (2ft around each) with a big heavy cube of stone on them. after one full turn of all of the logs (at the same time) how far has the stone moved/slid in relation to the ground?Comment

no, you are over thinking this problem. do we want the answers? i'm leaving in 5Comment

the truck does not break the bridge because it uses fuel (much more than a half ounce) to travel the 2.5 miles before the bird lands on the roofComment
