I sincerely disagree. I live on the North Side, and am a big Cubs fan. However, if the Cubs' aren't going to win it, I would still like to have the champions in Chicago. The Cubs-Sox rivalry is fine on a friendly level, but oft taken too far. They only play six games against each other a year and are in different divisions! So if they're not playing the Cubs, by all means go Sox!

Just the other day about half of one of my classes was yelling at me, saying I was not a loyal fan, the other was agreeing. I am a Chicagoan first, North Sider second.
