He's mainly saying that you are a jackass for taking me seriously.

But you're not the only one, so don't feel too bad.

Not an attack, just very curious. How does a quote like, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." fit into just hunting?

Also, if the 2nd Amendment was for hunting and our form of government is anarchy, why do they teach otherwise? I majored in pol sci; most of my professors were PhD's, and/or currently/formerly held some sort of public office. I've never heard the 2nd Amendment interpreted as such, and also I've never heard of our government referred to as a modified anarchy. As I pay about 30% of what I make to government, I'd like to believe we are ordered in some way. Otherwise I'd feel rather ripped off

Dude, how does it NOT fit into just hunting?

A patriot is a kind of bird, and I don't know what a tyrant is, but I think it is an animal of some sort. So they are basically saying that the only way that a man can fully express his freedom is to go hunting from time to time.

You obviously went to a second-rate school, because the new standard for college-level poli sci classes is to expose the US for the anarchic system that it is. Everything else is outdated or stubborn propaganda.

Dude, Kai, they are incapable of understanding the intricacies of the proletariat-anarchic-burgeois-marxist-capillary systems here in America.

I don't even know why you bother trying to explain it. Its unpossible.
