For the sons, what we do is just get the casters wayyyyyyyyy out. Let the priests/druids get some regen going and have the palys heal while melee kills the sons.

Anyway, in that spec I didn't go with either full tree because Divine Spirit.. meh, you only need one priest in a raid that has it and I'll be damned if I was gonna spend my talent points that way.. we have a few priests who don't PvP, so they have it.

Shadowform, in that spec, I felt was also a waste of some useful disc talents. Before I said screw it and went back 20/0/31, I liked that build because I didn't have the OOM issue lots of shadow priests had, but could still use silence and vampiric embrace.

We've been pretty lucky in that not only do our priests and druids have excellent mana regen as well as just huge amounts of mana, but so do us shamans. I have about 6800 mana buffed, and have about 80-90 mana regen per tick with about 160-ish FR...so it's a pretty good dea. Healers are staying alive, tanks are staying alive,We can keep them healed fairly easily if we focus, but we also seem to get a lagger (My server has recently gone from medium to full size) in every group so we are sorta playing blind sometimes.

The problem is we really haven't been blessed with alot of fiery and lava cores and all the other little mats we need for flarecore and whatever stuff, so the mages are really sorta doing this in light FR gear. The tanks have been getting their Dark Iron pieces, and we've been having to trade to get other stuff we need. Combine that with the fact we also have been doing MC for about 8 weeks and you get the picture.

I think all but two of our priests in guild are -less- than 20 points into shadow.. and it really isn't much of an inhibition. I think we have a grand total of one prot spec warrior, too.

As for cores, don't waste them on flarecore. You need like, 3-4 full fire tanks for Vael.. use the cores for Dark Iron gear.

We have a total a 6 full sets of Dark Iron armor and are also now doing razorgore in BWL (only once every two weeks as well as Rag)

Then make leather for rogues.. casters need a lower FR than do rogues.. as much as I want Flarecore.. =/

Tanks are at 315+

Melee is around 200-250

Ranged DPS is between 150-200

Healing is between 150-175 (tried not to gimp stats too much. We've gotten lucky though with things like flameproof cloaks and whatever.
