My girlfriend does them all the time. All I can say about them is it keeps her quiet.

Beats the hell out of a crossword puzzle. It helps if you have some sort of pattern/strategy you try to follow.

I prefer my method of recalling a sequence at random from the base-16 form of pi. For some reason, it never works.
