my guess is, a fire protection engineer. it seems unlikely that either someone would be stupid enough to set their house on fire and videotape it, or just randomly have a videocamera on pointing at the tree when it caught on fire.
i really think the complaints about christmas are more because christians tend to shove religion down other's throats than anything.
