my day is ruined , i failed my damn driving test , she had me pull over to te right side of the road and back up as straight as i could , she told me i didnt look over my right shoulder enough and i could of ran over a child or somecrap , how gay i did everything else perfect , now i gutta wait till the 5th

But the only problem with my driving is I did not properly check for children before I backed up. I mean, if there not smart enough to stay away from a car near the curb, is that my fault?

Of course she failed you, you represent a greater threat to pedestrians than to any vehicle on the road, not to mention they almost always have the right of way.

Better luck next time though, and your probably not the first one to fail it. Don't let it ruin an entire day. Things happen

Good job . A certified instructor fails you for a reason and then, rather than deciding to do it the right way you defend your actions as right in the first place. Great job of learning. You were right, that stupid instructor shouldn't have failed you. She knows nothing about driving. Your an infallible nineteen year old that knows everything and those with more world experience than you are just idiots. I forgot

With that attitude, it makes me glad I don't live/drive in Rockland, ME. You can't think, "well, there shouldn't be anyone there". You need to check and make sure, because human beings are unpredictable.
