Christmas anticipation

I have obviously forgotten that pre christmas feeling....

My kids are walking on the freaking ceiling they are so hyped up. I honestly think that with very little prodding they could just explode.

I guess when you become Santa that the excitement is replaced by the reality and dread of the coming months bills???

Hahaha, nice. But yeah, I have lost that whole yay it's christmas! feeling. I didn't even know it was chistmas eve until my mom told me.

i actually celebrate both sort of...and i completely forgot christmas and chanukah were coming. I had actually planned on playing tomorrow, but i talked to some friends at my local field and they said they were closed for x-mas. All of a sudden i realized i needed to go buy some gifts

hmm i am missing that sense of anticipation...... halo 2 really killed it all for me..... i waited 2 years in unbearable anticiaption, stood in line for four hours in 15* weather in shorts, got pneumonia, and the game wasnt all that great....... never again will i anticipate anything

haha, it sorta snuck up on me too. i wouldnt have known it was christmas eve if it wasnt for everyone at school, and the fact that my moms family is visiting.

there are three gifts i got for three people for tomorrow... two of which i bought today. (well, one because a package didnt come in time)

I was all for getting people gifts 2 weeks ago too. But then my great grandma died, and my grandma broke her shoulder. Not to mention my dad & step-family is full of hate right now. Then school killed any time when I was supposed to get gifts because of 2 papers, so I have nothing to give currently. I feel really bad about it too.
