    I work for Chuck Norris.

    So I am really getting a kick out of most of these replies. Some of you guys are very good at making it sound like you know what you are talking about.

    But trust me.... You don't.

    I think you just want to make yourself sound smart, when in reality you don't know what you are talking about. This is how bad info gets passed around. If you don't know about the topic....Don't make yourself sound like you do.

    Cuz some people will believe anything they read.

    /Chuck Norris stories are a 'meme'; a running joke
    //I work for 'meme'...
    God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.

        In the past our society has adopted starnge icons such as Eric Estrada and David Hasslehoff. Now we have entered the age of Chuck Norris. A big improvement over previous ones! A real note on old Chuck is that he is active in some not so well known charity work, he was in Houston not too long ago doing some good deeds. He not only goves of his time but his own check book also. Sounds like one of the Hollywood good guys if you ask me.

          I think you nailed it pretty well.
          The Rick James thing has died too, along with The Chappelle Show.
          But yeah, if your going to overinflate some celebrity, at least he's a good guy.

          Is R. Lee Ermery(sp?) still getting bigger in the armed services community?

            um, i dont think anyone in this thread was taking anything to seriously. In fact really the only fact that was stated was by muzicman about him being the first white guy to reach 10th degree black belt. So since you know so much, how about correcting any wrongs you see. Moreover, why dont you educate us as to what you know since you say we dont know what we are talking about?

                        Chuck doesn't need a gun to shoot people. When he wants people shot he just tossed the bullets in the air and round house kicks them at the enemy.

                              actually, if i recall correctly, didn't conan o'brien (sp) start the chuck norris fad? i think he has an extremly funny bit with a lever that instantly causes a sweet walker flash back.

                                Does anyone remember the Chuck Norris cartoons and toys? I used to have the action figures and the Corvette that had all the blades that popped out of it and the chinese star launcher. I remember the Chuck Norris figure had spring loaded legs and would kick stuff.
