We according to Phil the world furriest forcaster in Punxsutawney, Pa there will be 6 more weeks of winter because he saw his shadow...

Are you content with the "winter" we have been having and don't mind 6 more weeks?

My brother, my Aunt, and myslef made the trek to Punxsy for the festivites. We got to gobblers knob at 2:30 am in order to get a good spot to see the little guy. Standing that long was quite the experince. Even more so it was great to see people from all over the world come to a tiny little town in order to see a furry brown guy, and grown men dressing up in top hats and suits (the Inner circle as they are called).

I like the dog pick. We have three of those Boston Terriers at home. Brave man, not afraid of getting stuck there by the "Groundhog Day Syndrome" Actually, I heard that by a study they did the groundhog is wrong 2/3rds of the time! Oh well

yep 6 more weeks of winter, but in wi we've had like 50 straight days of above average temp so its been like spring all winter.

they warned us about global warming all the way back in elementary school. It is not something that has just popped up.

I think this winter has been wisconsin's worst ever, we've had no more than 4 inches on the ground all season.

no we had like a foot back in the beginning of december here, i figured we'd have a white christmas but like 2 days before it rained and all the snow melted away. Ya its been like 40s out all winter, heck i almost thought about bringing my bike out a couple of days last month, some of my friends did.

well, it's been the worst winter Eau Claire has ever seen.

I'm thinking it's because all of our snow goes over the cities, therefor lessening the amount of snow fall.
