    How Do I Go About...

    Changing my freakin' screen name?

I PM'd and e-mailed Webby quite some time ago, but haven't got a reply. I thought I would live with it, but I can't any more.

I would just create a new account, but then I have to worry about my feedback thread and such. I could care less about post count.
The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves. 'You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Make a new one and put "formerly whydoineedausername" as your personal title where you now have "..." and where I have "dazed and confused" other than that, i dont think that you can just change your sn, but the webby might be able to do it.

Like I said, I'd have to deal with my feedback thread. On all the other forums I visit, my screen name is -Tab.
When I'm doing business, people ask for my feedback thread. This raises questions on my
legitimateness. They notice that the feedback thread starter is different from the one they're doing business with.
If I make a new account, this does nothing to solve this.

Or pm all the people who have left feedback with you with this screen name saying "I'll be changeing my screen name to -tab and I have created a new feedback thread. Can you please repost your feedback in that thread." You have to do that to ALL your feedback, not just the good. Not that I'm saying you have bad feedback.

That might be a good idea, but it would be unbelievably hard to get every person to leave me new feedback.
Nearly half of the people have left AO, and the rest are from the Nation. And we all know how cooperative most of the people from the Nation are.

You can get it changed, just find an admin. RobAGD is one, like somebody mentioned, although I don't know if he's still around, I haven't seen him in forever.

Is ARMY an admin? MarkM? I think they're both just mods, but there must be an active admin around besides Rob...

or at the top of your feedback thread just edit the first post and be like "i have changed my name to... blah blah blah"
or wherever you posted on your feedback thread
