Okay, so you don't like this particular band...so what? Why bother to make a thread about them? Especially since you are about 20 years late.

WTF 20 years? Like they didn't make any crappy albums in the '90s...?

I made the thread because they were on the radio at the time. Simple. Like everyone else says, "If you don't like the thread, go away!"

Just strange that your are *****ing about what is typiclly considered an 80's band when it is 2006. If you didn't want feedback, you wouldn't have posted it. You could have also just changed the radio channel or turned the radio off ... that would have made the Def Leppard go away

Well the radio was across the room and I was being considerate of my co-worker who happens to like Def Leppard. I give him crap about it all of the time, too.

If they are considered an '80s band, then why are they being played on the radio in 2006? They are hardly classic rock. If they are currently being played, and I don't like them, then I have the right to complain about them.

I didn't post necessarily to get feedback, either. I posted to rant about something that was annoying the crap out of me at the time.

Still kind of like "pour some sugar on me" as a stripper song. But anything else still sucks

I can tolerate just about anything if there's a hot chick dancing to it.

Def Leppard is one of my favorite bands. They where awesome in concert. One of the very few bands I can listen to and like their whole cd with out skipping around. A very close race between U2 and them for my all time favorite band vote. Listening to "Hysteria" as I write this. To each their own, but I think someone here needs a little more culture in their life.

Look, I'm very proud of you for being able to tolerate Def Leppard; but, don't even try to tell me that they can add CULTURE to anyone's life.
They are a mediocre, manufactured hair band at best. No culture defining going on there...

I liked "Pyromania" well enough to buy it on CD, and "High 'n Dry" to a lesser extent...
Couldn't stand "Hysteria" and never bothered to listen to anything by them after that...
I was a kid in the 80's though, so I guess I have an excuse.

man...I thought hi n dry was the best....

Pyro was awsome too - it was huge when I was like in sixth grade..

all kidding aside tho, they got pretty weak, imho, in the 90's on up.

I cringe whenever I hear "lets get rocked" on the radio.

They are just a nothing band in my opinion.
They are a waste of perfectly good airwaves every time they are played.
They were on the air when I made this thread. They just really, really freaking annoy the hell out of me.

Oh, when they '80s called, they got the wrong number...
And you thought that was worth a topic on here.

Well, Im here to tell you that you are probably equally lame for posting a topic that is just as worthless as every post it contains. Ya know, I feel better telling people how much somthing sucks! Gratify me now! YES!

5 years here and the only thing that changed was the home page. And maybe my attitude.
