hmm. i have an iTrip, sitting right here on my desk. unopened, NIB . its my sisters actually, she never even opened it, but since shes at college, i should just steal it. i wish i could tell you how good it was. i had one built into my samsung mp3 player, but it didnt work all that well, its range was only a foot or two.

I've got one of these . It works great, has a 3 channel memory. Very clear, and you can use it with other things other than you your ipod.

Downside: It needs 12v DC...so you can really only use it in the car.

i had a itrip. one of the new ones with the built in backlight and thing to addjust the stations my hand unlike the old itrip.

it was the worst thing i have even had. i never found a clear station and i live in the boonies (western NY) and i still couldent get a clear station. the reseption was BAD as well.

it was a pure waste of my 45 bucks

i would just get a casset tape thing

dont get the itrip, or a belkin, they both suck, grab up an extrememac airplay or airplay2

awesome transmitter, i always find a clear chanel, and it always works reliably for me.

                    Griffin RoadTrip

works like a champ. I love it because i dont have a place to put the ipod so this thing holds it. its powerful as heck. can overpower a clear stereo FM station. Highly recommend this bad boy

Not sure which exactly I have but I do recommend getting one that also charges your ipod.

I have two that (fortunately) both kick uh... butt. Well, one kicks, the other one just works well.
The Griffon RoadTrip is awesome, great reception, charges, etc.
The other one i have(cant remember the name) i picked up at frys electronics for $50, and it had good reception. It could overpower a clear radio station. The only problem is that the charging cable eventually broke, and then the link cable broke soon after. I got a replacement link cable, so it works fine now, but it doesn't charge, so I still have to deal with charging it in the computer.
go with the griffin roadtrip, its WAY better than the itrip(which gets really bad reception).
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...
