Skip town today if possible with the new girlfriend, turn off the phones and enjoy yourselves for atleast a little while. Deal with the psycho on Monday. Just be sure she doesn't follow you! But if she does follow you. Try to get her into the pool so maybe she'll sink out of your life for good.

Seriously, though, get a restraining order and a Glock. You're in Florida, so if she threatens you you can shoot her and get away with it.

I think that they do Seriously let us know if all goes well on monday. If not, have you considered getting a decoy, like a clone of you, or if not a clone a cardboard cut-out? It seams that a clone is a solution (just be sure that it is sterile to aviod the propagation of psycho-girl ) but a cardboard cut out is cheaper and will probably buy you some time

Yes with good old florida, I just need to make sure that they fall inside of my household and say they were breaking in and threatining my life, its all good from there. Also you probably will need to file a police report, and you will have to keep on top of it if she doesnt get the hint ( ie you will have to report her etc whenever she breaks the conditions of the restraining order )

I dont know anyone...new to the area, let alone find a good POS dirtbag. I got to speak with an attorney today, he said I just need to keep validation of the emails that ive been getting and such, and throw together to him in detail what all has gone on, and he should be able to take action from there. Just got to get the last of details tomorrow.

The Emails and phone calls is considered Aggravated Harassment in my state, not sure if its the same where you live, but just to give you an idea its a misdemeanor (up to 1yr. in jail )
