You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, gas piston / M16 mag eatting rifles are all expensive. But if you're only going to buy it once, then save up IMO. HK, Colt, FN, Robinson are all offering what you're asking for. POF and Leitner Wise makes whole GP guns or will offer a conversion to gas piston. Here's some info....

One of these brands will be mine. I'm waiting to see how they all stack up. Would like to see the Colt and the Sig side by side for comparo. But I'm leaning towards the Colt when its comes to civilian market. The FN SCAR would ultimately be my first choice but thats a long shot for civil sales.

Oh -- BTW --- I had one of those Kel Tec SU16 's . Had the first model they released. Traded it in for an 870 Police Magnum Tactical. Less range, but it sure would drive the point home over the girly SU16 in the badass catagory -
