My connection here in Afghanistan is an astounding 1.5ish kb/sec, and Im sure theres a few other poor souls on the internet who dont have broadband access either. So from now on, when youre going to quote someone with a big picture in their post, dont quote their freakin picture. I dont want to have to wait 5 minutes to see the same stupid picture twice.

Hmm, that may very well be. Actually though, this is a 512 kb/s satellite connection. They just split it more than 100 times and put a bunch of voip phones on it, that way everyone has internet that doesnt work.

Sadly, right now my mail address is in limbo because Im on a fob with the Afghani guys, and theres only 2 other people from my unit here with me. They havent figured out how to do the mail yet.
