      Hmm, flymo still makes gas power mowers, but I don't think they made any that aren't blue or orange. It not being orange, puts it at pre-1977 at least.

        The company became part of the Electrolux Group in 1969 and remains part of this major international organisation.
        Electrolux = bad.

            bofh, the flying mower you posted is pretty cool, one of my friends here at school has one, and it flies pretty well, sure its just sheer power keeping it afloat, as the asthetics portion of the mower ruins most of the airfoil that is the mower deck, but it is fun to play with, and for the most part its all foam core, so if you crash it, no one really cares

              It matters not that they make gas (petrol) powered one now or then but the early ones were Blue and White and the linked picture is neither So it is rip by someone from the original design. Check the links I posted, afterall the Flymo is a European product.

                I emailed Flymo to see if they could give me any information on it, but I doubt they'll reply. I still stand by my claim that it's a Flymo because of the Flymo sticker it used to have. Maybe the deck was blue and then changed to greenish after 30+ years of sitting in an overgrown yard? Either way I can't wait to go home this summer so I can get her up and running.
