If you listen to it closely you can tell that the sound has been messed with. There are a few moments when the engine noises appear to be off. There are a lot of conspiracys around this movie some people think that some streets were blocked during filming.

Looks like he almost clipped someone around 6:30. Unreal driving though.

I bet is was not a car at all but a motorcycle or scooter with extra lights and the camera mounted low. The sounds were added later. I think was also shot a little a few frames a second slower so it looks like he is moving faster than he really is .

And a stabilizing rig to keep the camera level? A motorcycle is pretty unlikely.
