          First, Tigerdirect + rebate = lose. They are notorious for not following through.

          Second, Celeron + crappy no rep mobo = lose.

          Third, 350 watts = weak

          Fourth, cooler looks like a crappy alu sink with a 90mm fan.

              Foo is right about Tiger Direct rebates. Be careful with them. If they do pay you, it wont be for many months. The hardware isnt a bad deal though, its 4 year old technology. Celeron doesnt need a pimped out overclocking mobo, nor does it need a super cooling solution. 350 watts is probably overkill for that system anyway. I ran a p4 3.0c and a 6800gt on 200 watts for about 2 years, worked just fine.
