wierd idea thing

Alright so I was filling up my water cooling unit on my computer and had this really cool idea. In order to fill it up I needed to take this water seringe thing and soak up water and put it in the reserve tank. That water seringe got me thinking.... could you possibly make a giant water seringe? Like making the hole the size of a man?

lol, no. It's the same idea as sucking water up a straw and putting your tounge on the end to prevent the water from coming out. Only on a much, much larger scale. I'm guessing it would require some water pumps too.
