judging by the guys name. he is russian? or some sort of eastern european discant... with that knowledge im going to have to say that it sounds like an 8-bit techno mix with a new age dance techno mixed in.... and with that said, that means it could be from a kid working in his moms basement in the middle of siberia for all we know.

right around 1:43...the scratching part...definately herbie hancock and immediately before that, a little snippet of "let the music play" by shannon...the techno "whip" sound.
