    Chevy 350 exhaust for K-1500

On a stock 5.7l (350) what exhaust will give the most overall increase in power? Is there any chevy guys in here? Its a TBI 5.7 in a 95 K-1500. I've only got an Airaid intake on it now, it has 158,000 miles and runs good. It had a Gibson Supertruck exhaust system with a high flow cat, and 3 inch piping into the supertruck muffler. But that muffler blew-out and gibson is warrantying it. I was thinkin about running true duals with a cat on each headpipe, but Im worried about this setup losing a lot of power due to the lack of crosspipe. Any help is appreciated. BTW, I was gonna go with 2.5inch true duals(the banks of cylinders arent connected via exhaust.)

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

duals sound good, skip the cats though. unless your from one of those hippy states, or states that require visual inspections, Then, just gut the internials of the cat.

If you get pulled over for loud exhaust, When you go in to have it inspected, throw some steel wool in the exhaust pipes. When you leave rev it up and blow the wool out.
