I'm at Walmart in the seasonal an gardencenters. Deal with alot of people that want some kind of deal for buying a 400$ bbq. They just dont get Walmarts not doing it.
Only discounts given are floor models if in bad shape, less than 10% off. And price match if its the identical item(same manufacturer) and they have it in stock, with an ad.
