they may have they may not have. Sticking Dualy rears are a common problem even on new wheels. One trick people use is to loosen all the lug nuts and return them to not quite back in and drive around the parking lot. Letting the truck and the wheels unstick themselves. Not huge - but you can get a 60 foot fire ladder / bucket truck cheap compared to a bucket truck. Don't go for the huge huge ones, but there are some available. Well all the tires are working great so far ended up firing that guy when I got the invoice for the 450 2,350 bucks, anybody need a job?
I seriously need to control spending money, went to a silent auction today. Picked up a digging bucket for my New Holland, Partner Saw, A crap load of Mason Tools, A whole Craftsman Tool box loaded with tools, 300 gallon water tankwith a honda 6.5hp. Geez no wonder why that biz loan isn't payed off.
