they do make intersting looking rings that are made to open bottels. do a search, they are bands so don't look bad on most people.

i actually found that the metal fold out chairs they have in schools work wonderfully. theres a small triangle between two tubes and a thin bar (joint) that seems like it was made to open bottle caps.

Don't usally have a chef's knife laying around the shop but maybe a sod knife would work?

Well from all my days of drinking, throwing party's, and cans we've collected. I saved. Yes recycling pays off. but what do you do with about 14 large garagbe bags of cans you might ask? Crush them, instead of using the solo can crusher and a employee for a couple of hours. Use the skider's bucket. Just lay down two bags at a time raise the arms and lay the bucket flat. Smushy flatter than a pancake. Got some pic's laying around should find them and post them.

My uncle has a dragline and he made this weight a bit smaller in diameter than a barrel out of concrete and had a hook or clevis anchored into it. Anyways he'd throw all of his cans in a 55 gallon drum and then drop the concrete chunk on it and smash them all at once. LOL there were a few barrels that lost their bottoms though!

you know, ill have to remember this 5 years from now.

"i spent 4 years at an engineering school, and all i learned was 2867 things you can use to open a bottlecap"

that would make a damn nice t-shirt.
