Name Those Movies!!!

i need to find the names of 2 movies i watched one time when i was between 5 and 8 years old. now i dont remember much from the 2 , but ill explain.

first one . i remember a fat guy and a skinny guy , in a warehouse with these big rats and this one big one killed the fat guy , or both of them.

second one . these kids are out on a float in a lake with there old 60's or 70's classic car on the beach with music playing, then a black goo type thing sucks them threw or off i cant remember.


if anybody has any idea what movies these are i would really apreciate it and i will love u forever lol. thanks guys

oh yea , im almost 20 so it was quite a few years ago i belive both movies were from the 80's. thanks

The second one sounds like one of the Tales From the Crypt movies.(1987)
