Freestyle battle featuring a local "hero"

TheSaurus, i went to school with this guy. He was a couple of grades below me but i still remember him tearing guys up in HS and my college years. It funny watching him do this now on the internet.

Just a primer for those aren't into hip hop, you have to appreciate how masterfull some of these guys are at droping punchline after punchline, all improv. This vid will show an relatively stark comparison of good and bad battle mcs.

Nothing gangsta just quick wit and nice delivery. Oh yeah a lot of cussing

not really my thing, but, watching that stuff, looks like it would take a TON of talent to be able to steadily pump our rymes that made sense for 3 or 4 minutes straight. Props to those guys

I think whats great is having to deal with the humility of a loss. Because its not just loosing, its loosing and getting owned publicly. This is like the epitomy of the old addage, "fall 7 times get up 8".

Wow, as a begginer Emcee myself, I know how hard it is to do this stuff. That battle was insane. Syanide and Majesty just didnt deliver to me, they punch lines didnt seem well thought out, flow was meh, and Majesty stuttered (they are better than me though)
TheSaurus just delivered dude. The LotR thing was AWESOME!
Anyway, yea, thats that, haha, good battle.

I watched the first two guys go and then some of the second two, like too where the guy strts rappin in spanish and i have to say...those guys are terrible.. ive seen such better freestyling...and that was the "world championship"?FTW

Just curious, when did they start rapping in spanish? wasn't really paying attention and couldn't hear it the second time through.
