I think it might be real...

look close the red car thats about to turn right seems to stop a little quicker then would be normal for turning even on a red light. Also after the car runs the light there is a gray minivan(or something) that is turning left with the oncoming traffic that slows way down. The people stopping and then starting(they also check both ways to make sure theres not another). And also that black stationwagon/thingy slammed the brakes...i think its real...but i've seen some good doctoring out there also.

Its real, watch the people crossing the street, they stop and watch, and it does look like he clips the front of the station wagon.
