Anybody fish for fluke (summer flounder)

im not a real big saltwater fisherman but when i went on a party boat last week we went for fluke and i caught the pool winning fluke. It was 26 inches and 4.7 pounds. I'm just wondering is that really big for a fluke considering the keeping size is 17 inches.

not bad considering the poor amount of keeper fluke this year. the largest one landed on my boat was 39" in montauk, and mine was 33" in debs inlet.
