            hold on this brings to mind a dilbert cartoon I cut out the other day. The punch line went something like;

            "Under what theory are the smart people obligated to help the dumb ones?"

                Reminds me of the woman who asked me for a cpu fan belt. "We have CPU fans, but no CPU fan belts." "But I was told that you have them." "They don't exist."

                She got pissed off... and kept asking where she could find one. I told her to try AutoZone. One of my co-workers asked her, "What do you have in there, a 350 small block?"
