    Just imagine how much better your paintball game will get after quitting...this is of course assuming you play paintball because you are posting on a paintball forum....

      I don't smoke I never really have, but Kodiak snuff was my thing for 14 years.
      First step is really wanting to quit and then quit plain and simple. It is a mental challenge more than anything. Since April I've thought about a total relaps, but one day at a time I feel more and more free. It is a cool thing being tobacco free! Good luck and God bless...

        get rid of the addiction with another vice (just don't eat chips all day) Try coffee/Tea. For me it was loud music and energy drinks aka Monster Choas and Rise Against. At first its more expensive than a pack of smokes but when you only have 20 bucks left you learn to strech it out.
        This space for rent.
