iTunes and iPod help

So, I connected my iPod to my computer today it wouldn't update everything I had on my iTunes.
For example, I have a few videos on iTunes, and only about half of them made it to my iPod.
The really weird thing is is that ALL the videos were on my iPod yesterday. So it's like when I plugged it into my computer, it took them off and won't put them back on.

I updated both my iPod and iTunes, and still no luck. What's going on here?

Make sure your iPod is synced up with your computer.
Also, some songs that you import will just show up under 'songs' on the iPod menu, instead of 'artists'
As for the videos, they must be in m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; MPEG-4 video, etc.

i had and issue like this issue once also. my computer was apart for cleaning and my father has an ipod and a dock and all. mine was low on battery and i wanted to listen to it so i just turned on his computer and plugged in the ipod. only 1 cd played, and when i finally got the dock for my car, none would play. i had to hook it up to my computer to get it to work.
also, if info doesn't have an artist or cd name, it won't show under that folder, like triangle said.

I'll work on that. But my question is, why would they work the day before and then be taken off my iPod?
All the videos were on the other day. I plugged my iPod in to update just a few items, and it took some of the vidoes off.

i'm not sure about the videos cause i have a nano, but when i put images onto the ipod they are synced with a folder. if i remove a file from that folder, they will also be removed from the ipod. maybe that is an issue of disappearing vids, try it out.
