Question for the DVD authoring experts.

Ive been asked by my company to convert their old VHS video training to DVD. That was no problem but now Ive got multiple DVD training presentations that I need to burn to one disc. We are trying to put as many similar topics on one disc as possible but I am running into a problem. Im using Roxio but it only accepts one directory (and sub audio/video directory) per disc.

I need a program that will allow me to burn multiple directories to the disc and create a menu for each training movie on the disc. What can I use for this? A freeware program would be nice, but I can expense out a small amount if I need to.

Currently they are on a WinBlow$ box, but I can move them to an OSX box so a program for either system is cool.

    Thanks,
