    iPod AUX Cable suggestions

So, I'm having a hard time tracking down a decent AUX cable. I don't want to buy some piece of crap, either..

Looking for something to connect my ipod to my 1/8'' AUX input on my head unit.. I know I can get a 1/8'' to 1/8'' but does anyone have any suggestions/leads on say a 1/8'' to iPod Dock connector?

um..i took some pics of what i think you are talking about, what are the image hosting sites? i have an account one of them but i can't remember what it is. are you talking about using the connection slot that is typically used to connect to a computer and have it play on your car stero? they make kits like that if that is what you are talking about. i have one installed in my car.

I'm looking for a cable that plugs into the ipod dock on the bottom of my 60gig to a 1/8'' Mini stereo jack on the other so i can plug it into my AUX.

the first link will be what you want but you need a convert the RCA to 1/8 headphone jack. Radio shack will have them for sure, just make sure your end the the 1/8 jack is a Tip and sleeve, or your be getting a Mono signal from only a tip ring, if you understand what I mean.

Go there if you're really serious about getting high quality cables. I'd say get the cryodock if you have the cash, but otherwise just go for a silk or cotton dock.

I'd also reccomend getting a dock to RCA cable instead of a dock to mini. Especially if you are plugging into a reciever/head-unit. Of course, I'm assuming your reciever even has an RCA...
