Ha, that looks like a fun idea. I might have to do that (or something simialr) when i redo my computer. Just think, someone could be making fun of your "cardboard" computer, then you turn it on and the startup screen flashs AMD64 and your desktop has WoW, COD, and whatever else.

we'll install that after we install the power button. we currently turn it on by shorting two motherboard contacts with a screwdriver

When my computer went on the fritz recently I had to get creative to make a usable one for myself till I fix or replace the other. The power supply and processor in an old Emachines had to be replaced with some items from a Compaq I aquired.
I have the Compaq case and motherboard if you need them. It will require a usb mouse and keyboard, processor, power supply, etc.. you will also have to use the motherboard that it comes with as the slots for memory are on the back side of the motherboard to fit this style of case, which is why I didn't use it for the Emachines. The MoBo takes early celeron processors.

Believe it or not, it's MUCH quieter than when I had it air cooled. With this setup, I have the Panaflo's on their lowest setting, which is pretty quiet, and my load temp barely goes above 40*C, when I kick all 3 on high, it drops to 35*C and stays there.

The blue fans are all low CFM, low RPM "silent" ball bearing fans.

With the entire setup on low, I barely read 52dB with my digital decible meter. On high it reads 60dB.
