Lookie what I stumbled onto.



Armi Sport 1842 Springfield. It seems like of cheaply made compared to the originals or custom erpos (but I don't have a couple grand lying around for one) but considering what it cost it's a nice gun. Going to go see how it shoots as soon as I can get my hands on some loading equipment. No one around here likes to carry anything for muzzle loaders.

Anyone know the proper procedure for storing this? It doesn't seem like a simple coat of oil would be enough to keep rust away.

I always felt it was, say, a BIG BOY TOY thats what my mom says anyways ever since i started buying them. me and my step-dad have a decent collection these days.

Nah. I'd just call time out while I loaded it. I do believe there are uses for a gun other then home defense?

Yes, I know a gun is not a toy. I refer to everything I own that I enjoy as a toy, don't take the word too literally when I use it.
